The 2024 AGM of the Percy Estate Allotment Society will be held on Thursday October 17th from 6pm to 7pm in the All Saints Church Coffee Room. All members are invited to attend to discuss the business set out in the Agenda which will be posted 7days before that date.
Nominations for the Committee must be submitted by12th October.
Matters raised for discussion to be submitted in writing by 5th October.

Any submissions for the above must include the names, plot number and email addresses of both the Nominee/Proposer and Seconder; submissions to be sent by email to peaallotment@gmail.com

Voting will be by those present at the meeting only. The quorum for the meeting is 11 members (10% of membership) as defined by the PEAS Constitution.
As agreed at the 2022 AGM, the request for payment of the 2025 rent will be sent out to tenants on 1st November 2024 and those wishing to continue should pay by 1st December 2024.
