The Joy of Allotments
Applying for an Allotment is potentially the start of a wonderful hobby or pastime. It takes time, hard work and commitment to get the best from your plot, but if you are prepared to put in the effort you will be well rewarded. Not only can you grow your own vegetables and flowers, the time spent outside is wonderfully beneficial for both our mental and physical health.
The Percy Estate Allotment Society was formed in 2020 when Warwick Town Council handed over the running of the allotment site to a committee of volunteer plot holders. If you would like to be placed on the waiting list for a plot or half plot, please email the chairman at the address below. Please note that priority will be given to applicants living in the CV34 postcode area.
The current annual rental fee is £35 for a half plot - £70 for a full plot. A deposit of £50, returnable if you release your plot in an acceptable condition.
